How do we manage existing appointments?
In the hustle bustle world we live in appointments can be forgotten, or worse yet clients soon learn if they should be on time or show up at all if they are busy by the actions taken by the organization they have the appointment with. Most everyone makes note of appointments in books, Microsoft Outlook and on PDAs, but experience has proven that the appointments they always show up on time for, and seldom miss, are the organizations that calls them to remind them. If a client is habitually late or misses appointments, a education process may be necessary for this client on the importance of on time attendance.

The Blue corners in the upper right signify that this client has been called by a staff member and that they are aware of the appointment. This is typically done 2 days prior to the appointment. Reminder cards can also be sent a week in advance.
