The next few screens will demonstrate the logic and ease of use in our appointment scheduler. The features listed here are the most common used, but by no means demonstrate the complete appointment scheduler.

Our screen is the widest in the industry, notice how easy the reasons and comments are to read. We can support up to 100 service providers. Number to view on a screen can be set from 1 to 25 and the provider order can be easily changed. Left side time increments can be between 5 minutes and 2 hours to give you the most flexability in the industry.

E print out and view a service providers schedule by the week, block out time they will not be available.

Use our quick search on the tool bar to find the next available time slot even weeks in advance for a selected provider or any provider. Simply double click the time desired to book. You can also add a new client in 10 seconds by pushing a hot key and entering their name and phone number.

Many organizaitons have clients that just wait for the next available service provider. Using our "client waiting" provides a way to keep clients in the order they came in, and provide for marketing to them also using our mail merge and Constant Contact enhanced emails. Revenue increases of 50% have been reported with the right campaign.

Most organizaitons will be using ClientMagic for scheduling in less than 1/2 hour after installation with our simple interface. Reasons for appointments are easily user definable, even the time a provider takes can be individualized.

Click any service provider on the right switch to weekly view to see appointments for this. This is a handy way to give clients the option of choosing a time for an appointment with this provider. You can also easily click through service providers to see who is available for the time desired by the client.

Choose a provider and a time and double click to bring up a new appointment screen. Then choose the reason, optionally you can choose a pre-defined comment for the appointment that is shown on the main screen. Family members can also be chosen and the time can be changed. Below are the existing Recalls and Reminders for this client, this is a good way to remind your clients of appointments, to take medications, or come in for services.

Need to check a future date, click the calendar on the tool bar, you can easily lookup by the date or week for any service provider. Client change his mind after making an appointment, you can cut and past to a different day too.

Choose from a list of existing clients, you can search by account number, last, first, phone, email or a combination of any of these. Check out our side tabs too, never miss an existing client again.

Book an appointment for a new client in 10 seconds, ClientMagic even checks all three phone numbers in all clients for a duplicate number instantly.

When a client arrives you can also print a circle sheet or super bill, checking them in will create a held invoice for the linked billing items. Got no shows, mark em for future reference and client education to improve productivity.

Our re-occuring appointments are easy to setup and use, you can print the client a list or an appointment card too.
