The above screen captured from the invoice screen shows a market item for this client, which is added to the invoice resulting in a $ 12 per invoice increase in sales.

From the invoice screen we setup a recall in our phone call list to call the client when the lab results come in. Clients really appreciate this kind of attention.

 
This is a reminder that can be mailed via email or USPS. Great way to remind clients of services and products recommended.

Client alerts will popup when you access the client profile. Excellent face to face communications not forgotten.

All recalls and reminders end up on the client profile, they can be changed and commented on. You can also assign the recalls to a specific staff.

This report can show you who gives the best service and serve as a worksheet for clients who only made a solo visit.

List of clients to recall today to remind them or thank them. This can be setup in our CRM (included) so you can just click, click down a list and make notes about the contact.

We send all of our new clients a Constant Contact email to keep them coming back. After sending this, we globally change their status to Active so we can send to a new bunch next week

Rewards Points is another way to endear clients to you. The more you do the more they remember you when they need your services or products. Our home office received a $500 gift certificate from Office Depot last month, their total points earned prints on the bottom of their receipts too!

Clients love gift cards. We can print them for you too, our customer service rep is an expert at designing them.
