When you are invoicing or billing a client, IF there is a low on inventory or out of stock condition the warning comes up to let the operator know.

This is a inventory Item card. As you can see we can control markup, even allow a packing fee.

We have over 20 reports and can create custom reports to help you manage your inventory.

This is a purchasing worksheet, all items that are below minimum level can be worked with, or you may choose a range of items to work with regardless of inventory levels.

Choose the items to work with and create a worksheet. Then choose who you will purchase from, quantity to order, what to pay. If the price goes up, we automatically adjust the retail price if you have markup set.

We generate a P,O for every vendor purchase order. You can print or fax to your suppliers

When the product arrives, bring up the PO and receive the goods.
