Invoicing or Billing Clients for services and items
ClientMagic give the user an easy and complete way to bill clients for services
and items. You may enter the billing screen form various locations. All invoices
are tracked and recorded to insure accountability.
Invoicing from the main tool bar, just click on invoice or use a shortcut key
to start a invoice.

Invoicing form the client search window, highlight the client, click on
Invoice.

Invoicing directly from an appointment, optionally use linked billing
appointments where an invoice is created and put on hold when a client checks
in.

Invoice form the held invoice screen by highlighting the invoice and clicking
ok, if you are checking a client out the invoice can be automatically opened by
clicking on Check Out on the client appointment.

You may also scan a clients ID, can be a drivers license, gift card,
membership card or any numbered item.

Simple yet complete. Different organizations have different needs. You can
quickly create an invoice by clicking on a barcode, or enter detailed
information and comments on each line item if desired. Multiple service
providers can be on each line too.

You can enter billing line items many different ways. Scan a barcode, pick
form the category scan, enter the number, enter the item description. You can
change the price if desired or prevent price changes, give a discount, change
quantities. Tax is clearly shown on the bottom of the invoice alone with
comments if desired.

Prepaid invoices or layaways can be created to allow clients to make payments
of services and items. As soon as they are paid for they can pick them up or use
the services. Great for bundled package deals where it is desired to allow use
one at a time.

The receipt above was printed on our receipt printer similar to what is used
in a grocery store or restaurant. These printers are very professional and cheap
to operate saving about 79% on printing costs.

You can have many different forms of payment for one invoice, no need to
create another payment receipt.

This invoice was printed on a deskjet. Notice the organization logo on the
left and the invoice control number with client number on the right

Above is the bottom of the invoice. Taxes are clearly shown as well as the
form of payments and the change given. At the bottom can be messages about the
products or services purchased and a marketing message.

All invoice and payments are recorded on the client Transaction screen for
easy future reference. You can even search for what a client purchased in the
past by the client or a family member.
