The above is our main personnel and music instructor (independent
contractor) setup screen. The left side is for setting up security access
groups, the right side is for staff setup including on line appointments,
commissions and access.

In the above security screen, you may setup various access levels to
ClientMagic software or none at all.

If you wish to set an incentive program, revenues may be shared with the
Instructors. You may even have different commission splits depending on the type
of product being sold. This is a great way to encourage the remote instructors
to promote purchase of instruments and accessories form the organization.

Services and Inventory are easy to setup in your Music store. Create a
category on the left, then items within that category on the right. Billing
items may be looked up with barcode scanners too.

Above is a service page card. Special notes may be attached to services to
emphasize or further describe the service to the client. You may also enhance
incentives by offering rewards points to your retail clients.

This is a inventory item page card. As you can see we have several control
"fields". Use of these fields enables our software to track the music accessory
and instrument markup to insure you always have a acceptable margin, track past
purchases and from who, warn you of low inventory levels, tax products and more.

Above is our Music instructor appointment setup screen. Information entered here
can be done locally or on line.

There are many features designed to make appointment entry easy and intutive
including a drop down calendar, next available search, wait list and more.

Reasons for appointments can be color coded for easy recognition, comments may
be entered for staff and instructor viewing.

Service providers and instructors do need time off for personal needs. Easily
block out time for no appointments, even set a global block where days and time
may be blocked out in the future over several months.

Setting up your music instruction clients for multiple appointments on a

You can even create purchase orders to be emailed to suppliers, and product can
be checked in with a barcode scanner.
