ClientMagic Inventory control and purchasing
Our Inventory control is designed to make it easy to keep track of inventory
reducing lost sales from out of stock conditions and inventory srinkage form
theft and missed billing. Linking appointment reasons with billing items, and
setting up and using bar code scanners futher reduces input errors. The
following screens will give you an idea of how our purchasing module works
available in our Pro and Platinum versions.
This is an inventory page card. You can set flags to remind you when your
inventory gets low using stock levels. You can also print out Barcode labels,
and perform other inventory control functions with this page as No discount.
When an item is on order, it will be shown in this card, and when you receive
it, if the price has changed, the retail price will be automatically updated to
prevent margin shrinkage.

Reminders can be set to automatically trigger a set number of days in
advance. You can send post cards, emails or print a list of clients that have
reminders due. Great for follow up tints, or vaccinations. You can also trigger
Recalls from this card that can appear in a list of clients to call for a vocal
follow up, like to check on a client who had a hair bleach that may react to it,
or a vaccination.

When creating a billing invoice you will be warned when the item is low on
inventory quantities to prevent out of stock conditions from reducing profits.

If you run a low inventory report you will see the products you need to look
at and possibly reorder from a supplier

Us the purchasing module to search for all items below minimum levels or
choose a range of items to look at.

Choose who you wish to purchase the products from and what to pay for them,
then create a P.O. If you choose different suppliers on the worksheet a P.O. for
each supplier will be printed for Faxing or Emailing to your suppliers.

When the products arrive you can receive them, they can be barcode scanned if
desired. you can receive all too if the quantities are correct. All the items
will be posted to their individual page cards, if the price has changed and you
are on markup margin control, the price will be automatically updated.

We have many inventory reports including Valuation, expired and lists as
shown above.

Vendors go in a separate file for printing on Purchase Orders.

ClientMagic is one of the few software that has different service and item
page cards to reduce confusion, they are even a different color in the inventory
