The following 3 screen shots are typically run for daily balance reports, printed and filed in a book. You can run reports for a date range as we did here, or for a single day, month or year. Accountants love our reports, all 60 of them !

Daily payments is for cash balance, you start with a fixed amount every day, at the end of the day you count this amount out and what is left is exactly what it says here. If you paid out during the day, be sure to put a receipt in and include this in the close of the day receipts for tomorrows opening.

Above are the invoices generated today. Notice that if there is a balance due it is shown on the right.

Bank deposit slips are printed in duplicate, cut this in 1/2 and give one to the bank and the other goes with today.
