ClientMagic supports T-Max timers for rapid check in and out and tracking. Make use of our marketing modules to entice clients to return and for special promotions, included at no cost.

Setup:

1. Obtain a setup code for your organization from support and insert it in the Addins keys to turn this functioniality on.

2. Plug in your T-Max Manager to a Serial port on your computer (small 9 pin male plug on back). You should have already activated your T-Max manager and have the beds plugged in and tested for correct operation.

3. Click on List menu, Tanning is on the bottom, click the Scan button

Create a Pre-Paid invoice for the client to track minutes. Use code number 99999 as the entered code, it is in minutes, so if the client purchases a 300 minute package for .50 cents a minute, enter .50 as the price and 300 for the minutes. If you are offering a discount of 10% on the package enter this in the discount line. Close this invoice as a pre-paid invoice. Note: Balance must be paid in full to use any minutes

The invoice above can be printed by a receipt printer similar to what you find in a grocery store or restaurant. You may also add a tip line. marketing message can be put on the bottom and Rewards Points may be accumulated.

When the client comes in to use the minutes they have prepaid, Push F11 key on top of your keyboard, find the client or scan for them with their gift card or ID badge. next choose the Bed (Yes, you can change the names to Yellow Room or 24 lamp bed or ?), choose the time and the pre-delay.

Notice that the remaining minutes are shown on the bottom as well as the last visit.
