Our easy to use, easy to learn, appointment scheduler will speed up scheduling in your salon, spa, med office, or other appointment driven organization. Appointments are tightly integrated with invoicing, client tracking and marketing to improve client retention while tracking inventory. ClientMagic can be driven with a mouse, keyboard or touch screen for ease of entry in your salon, spa or office.

At ClientMagic we follow the "Kiss" principal or "Keep it Simple Software", there are no Right clicks to remember, all tool bar icons are large and can display their name. When you hover over a menu item a description will appear. Clients can be chosen form a tabbed pick list, phone number, email address, first name, last name or a combination. Invoices can be created by simply scanning in a barcode, even non-inventory items can have a barcode. You may also choose billing items from a search menu by clicking, or type in a few letters. We also have a powerful, indexed "Help" menu that can answer most questions about what to do.

Nothing is goof proof, but ClientMagic is the close. Our software is error trapped, if you enter a new client with a duplicate phone number, we warn you that the number exists and show you who it is. If you close an invoice and there is a balance due we can make you type YES to acknowledge this. If you try to delete a invoice, client, payment or other information you are prompted and warned. With over 50 security levels you can control operator access to screens and features.

ClientMagic offers a variety of input methods. Every menu has shortcuts and key combinations in addition to use of the mouse, check out the letter with the underline on the tool bar, then hold down the key next to your space bar and tap this underline letter, pretty nifty!. Many of our operators including yours truly use these easy shortcuts. In high production shops you may find the use of a touch screen monitor and the barcode scanner a winning combination. What ever you choice you will see that ClientMagic is logical and easy to use.
