If you purchase our software, we will not give anyone access or passwords to your software including your employees or associates without your express written consent. ClientMagic and our parent, Track Systems LLC are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of the ClientMagic.net site (the “Site”); it does not apply to other online or offline Track Systems sites, products or services. By accessing the Site and purchasing and registeration of our software, you are consenting to the collection of requested information and use practices described in this privacy statement. Use of this software outside the USA and Canada is prohibited without written consent.

Collection of your Personal Information
